The $300K salary. But I sold my soul for it.
After 16 years climbing the ladder in HR, Talent, and Leadership roles across retail, luxury beauty, health tech, and fintech, I hit the “top.” I was leading global talent functions, partnering with founders and CEOs, and scaling teams across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the USA.

Behind the scenes? I was burnt out, working 14-hour days, never seeing my son, and slowly losing the parts of myself that mattered most. Then came the breaking point: a restructuring conversation that forced me to choose between uprooting my family to Singapore or taking redundancy. I walked away — not because I wasn't capable, but because I finally realised something:
A job can pay you well and still cost you everything.
Confidence. Identity. Health. Joy.
So I rebuilt my career on my own terms — and turned my decades of experience into a coaching business that helps other women do the same. Today, I’ve coached 250+ women through career pivots, promotions, job searches, and complete identity rebuilds. My clients come from cybersecurity, Mining, tech, finance, government, banking,NFP , health, and every imaginable corner of corporate life — but they all have one thing in common:
They’re brilliant, capable, and wildly under-positioned, 99% of women tell me they have lost their confidence in their career.
